Job summary

Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Parts Manager to lead, develop, and inspire the Parts team. This role drives performance, culture, and customer experience at our Helena dealership.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, handle warranty and returns, and oversee inventory to meet customer demand. Experience in dealership parts management is required, with a focus on leadership and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver''s license.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Parts team, setting performance expectations and coaching.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet department and customer needs.
• Manage warranty and returns processing according to policy.
• Oversee inventory management and stock ordering to meet demand.
• Utilize MIS reports to drive revenue and control costs.
• Hold regular staff meetings and report to the General Manager.
