Lithia & Driveway Audi Minneapolis is hiring a Parts Advisor to support both customers and technicians with expert parts identification and ordering. You will maintain accurate inventory, collaborate with the Service team, and ensure prompt, friendly service both in person and over the phone.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive parts, dealership exposure, and familiarity with parts catalogs. A valid driver’s license is required and a strong focus on accuracy and customer care is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive parts experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and order parts accurately for technicians and customers.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stocking, and parts catalog systems.
• OEM certifications or manufacturer experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for parts and merchandise for customers and technicians.
• Deliver a world-class in-person and phone experience.
• Keep parts inventory stocked and available for service.
• Collaborate with Service to keep vehicles moving and customers satisfied.
• Handle parts ordering, receiving, returns, and warranties with care.
• Maintain accurate records and smart inventory practices.
• Process payments and obtain credit approvals as needed.
