The Parts Advisor will report to the Parts Manager and is an on-site position.Join the Audi St. Paul team and help us earn customers for life.Schedule: Monday-Friday, alternate Saturday'sPay: Hourly $18-$22 + percentage of parts grossWhat You'll DoAs a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.Maintain clean appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom.Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.What You'll Bring1 or more years of previous parts advisor experience1 or more years of previous Microsoft OfficeUnderstand basic automotive components and systemsAny automotive certifications or school educationAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging $18-$22 with commission. 30 day probation before commission can be earnedActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
