Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Cypress, TX to provide an exceptional customer experience by efficiently handling parts for each repair order. You will order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery per the schedule.

Requires 1-3+ years in automotive parts and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; I-Car registration is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with benefits, located at Hwy 290, Cypress TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks.
• I-Car Registered or working towards Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while proactively managing parts processes for each repair order.
• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts per repair orders with accuracy.
• Verify quality and accuracy of parts per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and track parts by RO number.
• Communicate price changes and monitor vendor invoices to maintain margins.
