Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and accuracy to support the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Proficiency with MIS systems and parts vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registration in progress (Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts from vendors per repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile vendor history.
• Tag, track and store parts with RO# alongside vehicles.
• Monitor and communicate Parts Price Changes to team.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and discounts to maintain margins.
