Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy against the production schedule to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, updating MIS invoices, tracking parts by RO numbers, and maintaining accurate records while supporting a fast-paced collision repair shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service orientation and strong organizational ability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and confirm quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
