Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality against the production schedule and vehicle needs.

In this role you will manage vendor communications, enter invoices in the MIS, and ensure timely distribution of parts to the shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• I-Car registration or progress toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts via MIS; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label, track, and store parts; verify vendor discounts.
• Reconcile vendor invoice history and post invoices.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
