Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to manage parts for repair orders, verify accuracy, and coordinate timely distribution to the shop. You will work with vendors, enter invoices in the MIS, and ensure parts are correctly tracked by RO numbers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and solid computer proficiency to handle price changes and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automotive parts preferred (1-3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantities.
• Maintain parts storage, labeling, and timely distribution per schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and manage vendor discounts.
• Communicate parts status and price changes to team members.
• Assist with parts sourcing from Car-part, Progi, LKQ.
