Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to ensure seamless parts flow for every repair order. You will verify parts quality, manage receiving and storage, and coordinate with vendors to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include entering invoices into MIS, labeling parts by RO#, and communicating price changes. A strong eye for detail and 1–3 years in automotive parts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Verify accuracy of parts received with production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Enter parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS).
• Label and track parts by RO#, store with vehicle/repair, communicate price changes.
• Distribute parts to shop per schedule; monitor vendor invoices.
