Job summary

Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a PARTS COORDINATOR in Little Canada, MN. You will manage parts, procurement, and reporting for multiple units and regions, ensuring standardized parts activities across operations.

You will maintain inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support field and shop technicians while handling reports on purchases and exceptions. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or auto and equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversees parts ordering, procurement, inventory and distribution.
• Manage minimum/maximum inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiate parts/tire/maintenance contracts with vendors.
• Handle parts warranties and credits with vendors.
• Maintain organized parts room and reporting on exceptions.
