Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (shipping/receiving, parts coordination, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or service support).
• Understanding of how parts move through a business (receiving, shipping, returns, or goods receipt).
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through.
• Curious, resourceful problem-solver with ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Clear communication with technicians by phone or email.
• Basic Excel skills; pivot table experience helpful.
• Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process service parts orders and help prioritize urgent requests.
• Pack parts and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Track deliveries and investigate delays, lost shipments, or misrouted packages.
• Receive incoming parts and coordinate returns.
• Follow up on overdue or missing returns, RMAs including warranty, repair, and core parts.
• Monitor backorders and communicate expected delivery dates; escalate shortages as needed.
• Resolve shipping label, address, and tracking issues.
• Work with goods receipt and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and systems.
• Communicate with field service technicians and internal partners to resolve parts questions.
• Support inventory tracking and evolving processes.
