Job summary

LAKE REGION ENERGY LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support field projects by ordering, receiving, and tracking parts for follow-up work. You will pre-stage parts in the warehouse and communicate with the team about changes in order status to keep jobs on schedule.

You will work closely with dispatch to coordinate part deliveries, verify on-time arrivals, manage stock levels, and notify the Service Manager of any backorders or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Order, receive, and enter parts into inventory prior to project start dates.
• Verify parts delivered on time and in good condition for the job.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels by ordering inventory from suppliers.
• Keep shop inventory stocked with commonly used service and installation materials.
• Coordinate with dispatch when parts arrive to schedule follow-up work.
• Track returns, warranties, and refunds from suppliers.
• Build strong vendor relationships with supply houses.
• Prioritize local suppliers to reduce wait times and downtime.
• Provide pricing and job details to dispatch and billing after customer approval.
• Ensure all jobs are prepped and parts ready to minimize field delays.
• Monitor waste oil storage levels and notify Service Manager when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in shop and warehouse areas.
