Primoris Services Corporation in Gonzales, LA, seeks a Parts Coordinator to support the Fleet Operations team by managing inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for vehicles and equipment.

You will handle min/max levels, procurement, warranty handling, and reporting; work with vendors and internal teams to standardize parts activities across units; must be detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years in parts inventory management preferred.
• Experience in heavy equipment or fleet environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ordering, procurement, inventory, warranty, and distribution of parts for shop and field.
• Controls min/max inventory levels for locations.
• Negotiates contracts with vendors with National Accounts help.
• Manages warranty process and credits/refunds collection.
• Keeps parts room organized and accessible.
• Ensures field logistics minimize downtime for technicians.
