Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation in Gonzales, LA is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support the Fleet Operations team by managing inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for vehicles and equipment.

You will handle procurement, min/max controls, warranty processing, and reporting, while ensuring standardized parts practices across units; a strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts and proficiency with Excel are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in parts inventory management for heavy equipment or fleets.
• Experience in parts sales or auto/equipment sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversees parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution for all units.
• Controls min/max inventory levels for shop and field locations.
• Negotiates contracts with PSC preferred vendors with support from National Accounts.
• Manages the parts warranty process and credits/refunds with vendors.
• Maintains clean, organized parts rooms and supports field/tech operations.
• Ensures standardized parts master in management system and inventory accuracy.
