Job summary

Kraft Tank Corporation seeks a Parts Front Counter Representative to be the friendly voice for customer parts inquiries and sales. You’ll assist over-the-counter and remote customers and support warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming showroom, verifying accounts, coordinating orders, and assisting with cycle counts. Strong communication and familiarity with Salesforce/Office 365 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or related field, preferably in the tank trailer industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, able to anticipate challenges and multitask.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of customer service for over-the-counter and remote customers.
• Manage daily customer call list and coordinate weekly/monthly orders.
• Verify customer accounts and secure necessary authorizations for accuracy.
• Organize and restock showroom to create inviting shopping experience.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts, assist with cycle counts and warehouse duties.
