Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of basic computer operations and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift or move up to 80 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts over the counter or by phone in a fast-paced setting.
• Look up parts and technical information, check inventory, locate stock.
• Process sales transactions accurately and promptly per company policy.
• Coordinate orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup.
• Process returns and issue credits with original purchase details.
• Follow up with customers on order status and provide estimates.
