Job summary

Kraft Tank Corporation is seeking a dynamic Parts Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the friendly voice for customer inquiries and sales, helping customers find the parts they need and supporting their operations.

You’ll be the first point of contact for retail customers over the counter and remotely, using Salesforce and Office 365 to manage orders, respond quickly, and coordinate delivery. We offer training and a collaborative environment that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or related field, particularly in the tank trailer industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of Customer Service: be the friendly voice on the other end of the line and assist over the counter customers with parts needs.
• Stay Ahead of Customer Needs: proactively manage a daily customer call list to communicate and anticipate weekly and monthly orders including coordinating delivery routes.
• Facilitate Orders Smoothly: verify customer account status and secure necessary authorizations to ensure seamless accuracy and satisfaction.
• Create a Welcoming Space: organize and restock the showroom to provide customers with an inviting shopping experience.
