The role requires three years of parts department experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to high standards. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are emphasized in this position.

Qualifications

• Three years of parts department experience (inside and outside selling).
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of the parts department.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
• Set and monitor sales and profit objectives and budgets for the department.
• Lead and train parts department personnel to achieve goals.
• Develop merchandising strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
