Job summary

Talentify in Deer Park, TX is seeking a dependable Parts Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, drop off sales flyers, and collect credit accounts while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, helping upsell and cross-sell products, maintaining stock, and assisting customers with appropriate parts or services.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and conduct general stocking.
• Know product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
