Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to drop off sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

Daily collection of credit accounts and maintenance of relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers will be expected, along with upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value. Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
