Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to load and unload safely; good navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order around the delivery area.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
