Job summary

Talentify seeks a dependable delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and support in-store sales. You will engage with customers, assist with upselling, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse and showroom.

The role requires safe driving, basic math, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required; automotive parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
