Job summary

Talentify in the United States is seeking a parts driver to pick, stage, and deliver to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will collect credit accounts daily, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain store cleanliness and stock. The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
