Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will handle returns, manage credit accounts, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires safe driving, ability to use a delivery board system, and strong customer service orientation. Automotive parts experience is a plus, with high school diploma or equivalent and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely and efficiently.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
