Job summary

Talentify in Georgetown, TX is seeking a dependable Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and to handle returns and daily credit collections. You will engage with MainStreet and National Pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

Reliable driving, strong customer service, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell are essential. You will work with inventory knowledge and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• English language skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
