Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will engage with walk-in customers, support upsell opportunities, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and handle occasional weekend shifts. A valid driver’s license and basic math, along with English communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules and product catalogs.
• Perform basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts daily; assist CPP with insights from deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking, inventory, and back stock.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
