Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain inventories, upsell products, and ensure a high level of customer service.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, safe driving, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You’ll interact with customers on-site and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, communicate effectively with customers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units; flexible with days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share insights.
