Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, distribute flyers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining clean stores and accurate stock levels.

You will engage with walk-in customers, assess needs, and upsell products to increase transaction value, using inventory systems and delivery boards along with strong communication and safe driving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Proven customer service and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and upsell products.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share delivery insights.
• Operate inventory systems and use the delivery board to manage routes.
