Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves upselling, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean store area while supporting back stock and daily credit account collection.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, good English communication, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Automotive parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory; stock as needed.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and other duties as assigned.
