Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. The role requires strong English communication, safe driving, and the ability to upsell and stock parts.

You will also handle returns, assist with store cleanliness, and engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions, with the option to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and leadership.
• Safety knowledge and skills for driving and handling parts.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and operate inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock large parts and components.
• Operate inventory systems and cycle counts.
• Prior experience that sets a driver up for success in automotive parts is preferred.
