Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated Driver to pick, stage and deliver auto parts to professional customers. You will also assist with returns, upsell products, and promote ongoing sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred and safety standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock parts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
