Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to assist with in-store sales. You will handle returns, cores, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to work days/evenings/weekends are essential. Automotive parts experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• General stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
