Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in the United States is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, and to assist in upselling while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will also collect credit accounts and support loyalty programs.

You should have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, read inventory guides, and deliver friendly, solution-focused service to MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
