Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Parts Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.

You will also pick up returns, collect on accounts, and help promote current sales and loyalty programs. In this role you will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist with upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and stay knowledgeable about inventory and new arrivals to help customers find the right parts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Collect on credit accounts.
Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves; assist with truck stocking and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
