Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, collect returns, and support store operations. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist with upselling when appropriate.

Comfort with inventory systems, basic math, and safe driving is essential. You’ll work with a team to maintain the showroom and stock, while helping customers find the right parts and explain services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive safely and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs; use basic math for transactions.
• Read, write, and speak English; Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
