Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support parts and service inquiries in Long Beach. You will handle calls, process orders, pull stock, and build strong relationships with customers and Crown factory and outside vendors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills with a team orientation. The role offers a competitive starting wage of $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package

Competenze

Mansioni

• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
• Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
• Process paperwork.
• Inventory control including cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments.
