Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift trucks, seeks a Customer Service/Parts Associate in Arlington, TX. You will answer parts calls, pull and stock parts, and coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure seamless service.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; experience in parts or inventory control and the lift truck

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational abilities are important.
• Numerical perception and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
• Pull orders, receive and stock parts, and process paperwork.
• Develop relationships with Crown factory and external vendors.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with parts support and address concerns.
• Maintain contact with current and prospective customers.

Job Duties

• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
• Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
• Process paperwork.
• Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
• Parts or inventory control experience and lift truck industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
