James River Equipment in Wakefield is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to greet customers and collaboratively identify parts needs in person, by phone, and online. You will process orders, handle internal and external requests, and help keep displays stocked and inventory accurate.

A high standard of customer service and attendance is essential. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with dealership software and parts/inventory systems, have a willingness to learn, and deliver timely follow-up on

• Experience with dealership software and parts/inventory systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online to identify parts needs and complete the sale.
• Process internal and external parts requests and arrange down/stock orders.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participate in cycle counts and inventory.
• Maintain accurate part availability and support delivery timelines.
• Provide timely follow-up to inquiries and help customers navigate warranty or service questions.
