Job summary

James River Equipment in Newton, NC is hiring for a Parts Specialist / Service Writer to greet customers, identify parts needs, and process orders. A Day in the Life: Parts Specialist / Service Writer

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
