James River Equipment in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to greet customers and identify parts needs, process orders, and complete sales. You will place down and stock orders, assist with internal and external requests, and help maintain displays while participating in inventory cycles.

Ideal candidates are customer-facing, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and basic computer/ dealership software experience.

A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale


• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested


• Process parts requests for internal and external customers


• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance


• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus


• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
