James River Equipment in Pfafftown, NC is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess parts needs in person, by phone and online, and guide the sale from start to finish. You will place machine and stock orders, process internal and external requests, and help maintain displays and inventory cycles.

The role favors strong communication, reliability, and comfort with dealership software and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Enjoy customer-facing role with a positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with dealership software and inventory systems preferred.
• Able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow-up and phone responsiveness.

A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
