The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and comfort with dealership software and inventory systems. You will help with merchandise displays, inventory cycles, and join a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
