Truck Centers, Inc. is hiring a Customer Counter Parts Sales Representative to assist customers with parts selection in person or over the phone. You will access our parts system to locate stock across the TCI network and process transactions accurately.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of parts sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory control systems.
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Sell parts over the counter or by phone in a fast-paced setting.
• Look up parts and technical information and check inventory.
• Process sales transactions accurately and promptly per policy.
• Coordinate orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Process returns and verify purchase details with invoices.
• Provide order status updates and follow-up with customers.
• Enter part numbers accurately for cost on repair orders.
