Job summary

Premier Truck Group, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to deliver exceptional customer service at the counter. You will respond to inquiries, locate parts, check vendor availability and pricing, and help maintain the showroom while supporting warehouse staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales or counter experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional product training preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
