Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Counter Person to sell parts over the counter, through the shop, or by phone. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate pricing, and efficient parts fulfillment.

Competenze

• Two to four years of related experience or education equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units.
• Ability to solve practical problems and follow written or oral instructions.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in selecting required parts over the counter, shop, or phone.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and promotions.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Process freight charges and bill appropriate repair or sales orders.
• Pull and fill parts from stock and notify about out-of-stock items.
• Maintain inventory records and stock parts for daily replenishment.
• Ensure invoices are properly signed and customers receive copies.
• Participate in training and stay current on products.
