Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to deliver exceptional customer service at the counter, respond to phone inquiries, and help customers locate parts. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain showroom areas, and assist the warehouse team. A neat appearance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales or counter operations is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
