Job summary

Bramco in Memphis, TN is seeking a parts counter representative to assist customers with parts identification, pricing, and availability. You will handle manual orders, returns, and direct parts orders from manufacturers, while delivering strong customer service in person, by phone, or email.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/counter sales and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with basic computer skills and a willingness to pass a background and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/counter sales.
• Heavy equipment industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic math skills.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mantain excellent customer service.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns.
• Obtain price quotes and check availability.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person.
• Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts.
• File and other miscellaneous office duties.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
