Bramco Group in Louisville, KY 40299 is looking for a parts counter professional who can deliver excellent customer service while helping customers identify parts and place orders. You will assist with price quotes, check availability, and place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, at least one year in retail or counter sales, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; background and drug screens

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail/counter sales experience; heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background, physical, and drug screens.
• Maintain excellent customer service.

Job Details: Job Location: Louisville - Louisville, KY 40299, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
• Obtain price quotes and check availability
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
• Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
• File and other miscellaneous office duties
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications: Job Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
