Job summary

BRAMCO GROUP in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Representative who can deliver excellent customer service while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs. This position supports sales and service operations at our Memphis branch.

The ideal candidate will identify parts, obtain price quotes, process returns, and coordinate with vendors. Strong communication, basic math, and proficient computer skills are required; heavy equipment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in retail/counter sales; heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying parts and processing returns.
• Obtain price quotes and check availability.
• Provide customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts.
• Perform filing and other office duties.
• Support management as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
• Obtain price quotes and check availability
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
• Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
• File and other miscellaneous office duties
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications: Job Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
