Job summary

Allegiance Truck Centers in Saco, ME seeks a Parts Counter Sales Representative to assist customers with parts requests by phone, email or in person and to locate parts using manufacturer catalogs.

You will advise customers on related parts, follow up on backordered items, maintain inventory practices, and communicate with the Parts Manager and Service Department to ensure accurate pricing and availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of heavy truck/auto parts or shop experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
• Customer service skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
